Emma Rubin is a Board-Certified Neurofeedback Clinician specializing in qEEG-guided brain training for peak cognitive performance and mental resilience. With over a decade of clinical experience, she integrates applied clinical neuroscience and psychophysiology to deliver brain-based care that produces measurable, lasting change at the neurological level.
Emma has a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, both from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (CT LPC #3302), Board-Certified in Neurofeedback (BCN-L), and is a Board-Certified National Counselor (NCC). She also has certificates in Quantitative EEG (School of Neurotherapy), Clinical EEG & Neurofeedback (New Mind Academy), Neuroscience and Neuroimaging (The Johns Hopkins University), and Medical Neuroscience (Duke University).
She is a member of the International Neuropsychological Society, the National Academy of Neuropsychology, the American Psychological Society (Division 40 – Society for Clinical Neuropsychology & Division 47 – Society for Sport, Exercise and Performance Psychology), the Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback, the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, the International Society for Neuroregulation and Research, the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance, the American Counseling Association, the National Board for Certified Counselors.
Emma provides clinician-designed remote neurofeedback programs guided by advanced qEEG brain mapping — serving athletes, executives, students, and individuals seeking peak performance and cognitive optimization.
