Poulyana Pazand-Srouji is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through healing, growth, and meaningful change. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and brings over 20 years of experience in corporate leadership, human resources, and team development—offering clients a rich perspective that blends relational wisdom with clinical insight.

Poulyana’s path into the field of mental health is rooted in her lived experiences. As a mother and someone who has provided foster care to children over the years, she brings a deep understanding of the complex emotional journeys tied to trauma, attachment, grief, and family transitions. Her compassionate approach is shaped by both her personal and professional commitment to nurturing safe, supportive, and transformative spaces for healing.
