Emma Rubin is a Board-Certified Neurofeedback Clinician specializing in qEEG-guided brain training for peak cognitive performance and emotional resilience. With over a decade of clinical experience, she integrates applied neuroscience and psychophysiology to deliver brain-based care that produces measurable, lasting change at the neurological level.

Emma has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, both from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (CT LPC #3302), Board-Certified in Neurofeedback (BCN-L), and is a Board-Certified National Counselor (NCC). She also has certificates in Clinical EEG & Neurofeedback (New Mind Academy) and Medical Neuroscience (Duke University).
She is a member of the following organizations: The American Psychological Association (Division 40 – Society for Clinical Neuropsychology & Division 47 – Society for Sport, Exercise and Performance Psychology), The Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback, The Association for Applied Sport Psychology, The International Society for Neuroregulation and Research, The Biofeedback Certification International Alliance, The American Counseling Association, and The National Board for Certified Counselors.
